TALLOWIN ltd (hereafter "TALLOWIN", "we", "I", "our" ) is a private limited company registered at Companies House in England and Wales ( 08267777 ). The registered address is that of the accountants : Brown McLeod Ltd, 6th Floor, 143 New Bond Street, London, W1S 2TP . The TALLOWIN trademark is registered ( UK 00002631796 , EU 013164967). Other trademarks and design rights, whether or not registered, are the property of TALLOWIN.
The website is available at www.marktallowin.co.uk . By using the website you are understood to have agreed to these terms. All material on the website (drawings, designs, illustrations, photography, images, written text, logos, trademarks, etc..) is the exclusive property of TALLOWIN. You may not reproduce, totally or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify of sell any such material contained on the website.
This document refers to UK orders. For overseas orders, please contact email@example.com for the particulars, keeping in mind that customs, import, and other duties may be applied, and are payable by the customer. Complimentary UK shipping is offered on all items, fully insured and traceable. An order is considered placed only when the sum is settled and confirmation is sent to the client. We retain the right to turn down an order. All items shall remain the property of TALLOWIN until paid for in full.
Insured delivery to any UK full postal address is included in the item price of a Core Collection item. For International delivery please enquire at firstname.lastname@example.org , baring in mind that customs, import, and other duties may be applied, and are payable by the customer. Please be sure that the address given is correct and that there will be someone trusted to "sign for" the item at that address. Any item "signed for" at the given address will be considered received by the customer, and TALLOWIN cannot be held liable for losses. With gift items, pay special consideration to where the item will be sent. Delays are unlikely, but where they happen, they remain the responsibility of the Delivering Company. Our responsibility for the item finished upon handing over the item to the shipper/courier.
CANCELLATION / RETURN
After four years trading, there have been no cancellations requested and no returns made. This section is intended to clarify the process, should this ever arise.
-Carta Collection Wallets-
Should you wish to cancel an order after payment is made but before the item is shipped, please email for a full refund, swiftly sent. Should you wish to return the item after receipt, please keep the item in perfect condition in the original packaging and email as soon as possible, at least within 14 days of delivery date. Return claims after this date will not be considered. Please do not return item before first making contact. TALLOWIN will offer a full refund, including original outward shipping, upon safe receipt of the item, in perfect condition, unused and in all undamaged original packaging. Refund will be made within 14 days of agreement to accept the return, earlier if possible. TALLOWIN shall have sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition upon return.
-Core Collection Handbags-
Each of the handbags of the Core Collection are individually made to order, and feature a gold plated brass tag stamped with the unique sequence number, as well as a vellum note hidden within the bag itself. This note includes the following details : Client Name, Sequence Number, Date of Completion, Cryptographic number. As such, each bag is considered an individual commission. Should you wish to cancel an order after payment is made but before the item is completed (before the vellum note is created and stitched in, usually one of the last tasks) please email email@example.com . Full refund will then be made direct to the bank account used in the original transfer. If the client paid using another method (eg by Credit/Debit card or Paypal) the refunded sum would reflect the sum received by TALLOWIN after the original transaction fees were applied. Should you wish to return the item after receipt, please keep the item in perfect condition and email as soon as possible, at least within 14 days of delivery date. Return claims after this date can not be considered. Please do not return item before making contact. TALLOWIN will offer a full refund, including original outward postage, upon safe receipt of the item, in perfect condition, unused and in all undamaged original packaging. Refund will be made within 14 days of agreement to accept the return, earlier if possible. All work is made to order, no stock is kept and no 'seconds' or 'samples' are made available to purchase. As such any items accepted for return will need to be in prisine condition. TALLOWIN shall have sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition upon return. Our emphasis is on excellent customer service, so everything would be done to streamline this process, should it ever arise.
Items are often commissioned on behalf of another, as a gift, so here are some extra considerations. Please consider which name to give as the final owner, as this may not be the client placing the order. This will be reflected in the studio archives and in the velum note inserted within the bag itself. In the case of an item bought as a gift by one individual to be given to another, the customer shall be considered the first individual who took receipt of the item at the address given. The 14 day period mentioned above begins from the day of expected delivery at given address. Return claims after this date will not be considered.
ALTERATIONS / AMENDMENTS
TALLOWIN retains the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions and may do so by updating the website.
